Application for an internship.
Dear Sir or Madam!
I would like to apply for the internship in (the name of organization), which has been offered to IAESTE exchange program by you. The position seems to fit well with my education, skills and career interests. I would even say that activity field of your company and proposed job are extremely interesting for me.
I’d like to get my future education in the field of science, I finished the secondary school with advanced study of Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics. Now I study at the faculty of Commodity Research and Trade in the 6th semester at Russian Plekhanov Academy of Economics(REA). During this period I try to broaden my knowledge and skills in Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and Programming. At present I study silicate products in particular pane of glass.
With regard to my practical and work experience I’d like to mention that I used to work as assistant at the laboratory of Chemistry at REA for six months, at the department of Physics for a year.
My English is quite fluent (spoken and technical) and although I don’t speak German I have a great interest in German culture, traditions and the language.
I hope that my theoretical knowledge and practical skills as well as my enthusiasm, ability to work hard, competitive spirit and strong desire to participate in projects can be useful for performance of your company.
In case you are interested in considering me as your employee, I’ll be available from the beginning of May to the end of September. Taking part in your work will be a great opportunity to have useful work experience for my future career.
